The Psalms: Kingdom Quest

What is God like? What does the kingdom of God teach us about the characteristics of the King? The book of Psalms uses poetry and metaphorical language to give us insight into God's character and His great love for us. This class will explore the psalms to help us answer those questions and give us examples of worship to apply in our own life. We will start with Psalm 19. C.S.Lewis described this psalm of praise as one of the most perfect psalms ever written. Please bring your favorite Bible translation so we can share the differences in the translations to enrich our understanding and appreciation of what the author intended.
