WELCOME
We want to invite you to our 5th Annual All Church Retreat at Mount Hermon. The All Church Retreat is a great opportunity to connect with the SFC church family and spend the weekend celebrating the greatness of God. We do not want cost to be a barrier to anyone’s participation in the retreat. The staff and Elders invested to keep the price the same as last year. We will have scheduled times of teaching, community, worship and fun. There will also be plenty of time to relax and rest or participate in all the great activities that Mount Hermon has to offer. We encourage you to come and invite your friends.

ACTIVITIES
The all inclusive activities include:
  • Hiking
  • Crafts
  • Swimming
  • Fitness Center
  • Field Games
  • Ropes Course
  • Basketball
  • Climbing Wall
  • Volleyball
  • And Much More!
There are many opportunities for making memories with friends and family.

HOUSING
Mount Hermon retreat accommodations consist of a variety of buildings located throughout their hilly campus. The two building types we have reserved are cabins and hotel style buildings. The cabins have multiple rooms, often on two or more floors, and offer shared and/or master bathrooms, just like a home. The hotel style rooms each have their own bathroom. There are economy, standard and deluxe versions of each building type. The level generally refers to the style and quality of the furnishings. All rooms are supplied with bedding and linens. In economy rooms, you will have to make up your own bed on arrival.

COST
Full Retreat prices include 2 nights lodging, six meals from dinner Friday night through lunch on Sunday, various activities, great teaching, worship and fellowship. Lodging is available on a first come first serve basis and we are likely to sell out this year. We cannot guarantee you Economy vs. Deluxe until after you register. If we cannot accommodate your first choice level, we will contact you. We do not want cost to be a barrier to anyone’s participation in the retreat. Base prices below are per person, based on double (or greater) occupancy and are lower than last year.

    Age                                             Economy             Standard               Deluxe
Adult 18+                                          $165                      $235                   $275
Youth 4-17                                           $55                        $75                     $90
Children 0-3                                        free                       free                      free
Single Occupancy Surcharge:         $50                        $60                     $75

*   Early bird discount off above prices: $50 per person through July 14. Register now!

Additional discounts are available for single parents, families with more than two youth and for young adults.
*   Single Parents: if you are a single parent, bringing one or more children over the age of 3, then we would like to offer you a discount of $125 from the total retreat price.
*   Families with more than two youth (age 4-17) coming to the retreat: We know this adds up fast, so we are offering a $75 discount for each additional child after the first 2. So your price will actually be lower than for a family with just two kids.
*   Young adults: Don't let cost be a barrier. If you might stay away because the retreat is too expensive then here's the deal: just $100 for the whole weekend!
* Minimum Price: please note that the minimum price for a registering family unit (that could be one single person or not) is $100, even if you qualify for several discounts. We think that is a very reasonable price for 6 meals, 2 nights economy lodging, and a great retreat program.

We will collect a deposit of $100 shortly after you register. At the time of deposit, you will be guaranteed a specific level of accommodations on a first come, first served basis. The balance of the retreat cost will be due by July 31.

Scholarship help: Notwithstanding any and all of the above, our bottom line is we don't want anyone to stay away just because it cost too much. We have scholarship funds available for anyone who needs it. Just check a box on the registration form or let Jerry Bruce know via email to jerry@saratogafederated.org or (408) 867-1000 ext. 249. He will get back to you and make it work.
